Ideas are plundered from my uncivilized mind and then stitched up by hand, then embroidered with decorations and weapons. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It’s a LOT of fun. Occasionally one of them even gets to draw some blood if I’m not watching where I’m working! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I free cut all my pieces with a couple of quick sketches to guide me as a pattern. Each one is slightly different in size and shape. I make a lot of these as gifts for my friends, but mostly, I like to create crazy little Vikings for my own enjoyment. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ They are best when they have a little story that goes along with, so I will try to share my original sketch, the story and the finished feltling with you here.
