This one is with a braided felt beard, I'm thinking of trying with three braids for the next one. Sheild on this one is a TRIUMPH!!

Occasionally one of them even gets to draw some blood if I’m not watching where I’m working! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I free cut all my pieces with a couple of quick sketches to guide me as a pattern. Each one is slightly different in size and shape. I make a lot of these as gifts for my friends, but mostly, I like to create crazy little Vikings for my own enjoyment. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ They are best when they have a little story that goes along with, so I will try to share my original sketch, the story and the finished feltling with you here.
